I subscribed to the premium version and after that I feel there is lag in highlighting and underlining

As per my understanding, this can be because your device needs an update.

Try to update the device you're using; also, you can try to clear your device's cache.

If the issue persists, could you help me with the following details-

1. Device name and OS version.

2. Application name and version.

3. Is this issue any file specific, or are you experiencing this with every file you edit?
