Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

When you open the PDF, have you tried single-clicking the screen for the toolbars to disappear? 

Also, have you changed the view settings by clicking the three dots to the top-right-> view settings and change the settings to see if it works? 

If not, please let me know, so I can share this with the team for further investigation.
