LEER EN VOZ ALTA NO FUNCIONA

Hola, tengo mucho tiempo utilizando 
Adobe Acrobat y es muy buena, nunca tuve problemas hasta hace unas semanas.
La función "leer en voz alta" dejo de funcionar. Cada vez que selecciónaba el texto que quería para que fuera leído en voz alta por la aplicación, me aparecia que el idioma se estaba descargando y nunca terminaba de descargarse 
Intente cambiar el idioma a español (españa)
Pero lamentablemente el problema fue el mismo
Intente desinstalar la aplicación y volverla a instalarla pero el problema seguia allí
