Hey! I installed Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and paid for a subscription. The billing plan states that Acrobat Reader & Adobe Scan mobile apps are included in the subscription, however when checking in iPhone settings, the acrobat app asks for an additional subscription fee. Please clarify.. Thank you

Sorry for the delayed response, as we can check the Acrobat DC subscription is active on this email, could you please check which email you have signed in with on the mobile app. It should be the same email that is used to purchase the plan.

In that case, kindly sign out and sign in to the mobile app again, and please provide us the screenshot in a private message which shows the email and the subscription status in the mobile app.
