Malfunction in saving a pdf

Whenever I markup in a book,on saving it , makes  separate copy of it every time.plz help me

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Can you let me know the location where the file is saved? Is it saved on your internal storage or any cloud drive? 

If on a cloud drive, I suggest you create a copy of the file to your internal storage first and then proceed with the markups. This will ensure that no further copies are made, and all markups are saved on one file.
