Missing pdf's

Having replaced my phone as the old one is broken, I now have the majority of pdf's missing! Any help would be appreciated thank you.

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

Would you mind letting us know the location of the files you cannot see? Acrobat does not save the file to its database, and any file available on the Acrobat Cloud Storage will be visible in the Files Tab-> Acrobat Cloud Storage.

If the files are stored in an external cloud drive, you can log in to the drive to view those files again, but, if the files were saved to the internal storage of your device, you will need to have them copied or moved to the new device for them to appear.
