Mobile (iPhone) trying to download a URL/hyperlink rather than opening it

Hi all,

I've reached out to Adobe Support who have told me they cannot currently aid with mobile queries...

So, my query is - has anyone had experience with an iPhone trying to download a URL rather than opening it? I am trying to create some documents for work, but some of the hyperlinks are causing me issues (whilst others are not).

I have added a link to the URL: anvilarts.org.uk/terms-of-sale, but iPhone is giving me the pop-up "Do you want to download "terms-of-sale"?"

The option I have selected in Adobe Link is 'Open a web link'

Any advice would be excellent as honestly I'm feeling a bit lost on this one.

Thanks,

Erin
