Hello. I forgot to turn off the subscription. yesterday I discovered that the money was written off. you can turn off the subscription and return the money, since I do not use the subscription and I do not need it.

You can turn off the subscription from your end by cancelling it. You can cancel the subscription and ask for refund. Before we let you go do you mind sharing the reason for the cancellation?
