Hi,
I have active subscription for long time but my application always appears as a free user and asked me to subscribe again. Subscription fees are deducted monthly without been able to use any premium features. I am frustrated. When I press subscribe now, a message appears as I already subscribed and it direct me to manage subscription, with a message "An unknown error occurred" without any solution.
Please help me to resolve this problem.
