Mot de passe pour document confidentiel

Je veux ouvrir un contrat qu'on m'a envoyé par mail en pdf mais quand adob s'ouvre, ils me demandent un mdp car c'est un document confidentiel sauf que je ne connais pas le mdp. Comment faire ? Car je ne peux même pas faire mdp oublié

From the description, we cannot understand the issue. Would you mind briefing us more about it along with a few more pieces of information: 

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using (go to Profile-> .about Acrobat);

2. The Android version your device is on;

3. A screen recording which shows the error message and the workflow you are following;

4. The sample file over a private message (if doable).
