My account erroneously shows me as a free subscriber

shown as a free subscriber but have been paying for a premium subscription for over a year with my Apple account. I need help fixing this please.

As per the issue description that you are paying for a subscription but it's showing as a free user, we check your email but it is not having a subscription active. Is there some other email on which the subscription is active? If yes, send us the email in a private message.
