My annotations keep getting deleted

I'm a student who uses the Acrobat app to take notes in my tablet during my lectures so that then I can see them in my computer.

Three times in the past few months, the comments I made during an entire lesson were deleted, and I was not able to recover them. The last time it happened I opened it on my computer and my comments were not there,  but when I opened it on my tablet,  I saw the comments.

I tried to share it to Adobe (even though it was already shared) but it wasn't able to do it. When I opened the same file, the comments were deleted again.

Is there a way to stop this from happening or, at least, to recover the comments?

Thank you

Hi @irprca,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The application version of Acrobat Rader Mobile you are using (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The OS version [iOS/Android] you are using;

3. A screen recording of the situation for better understanding.

4. A sample file from which the comments were deleted for investigation.

Look forward to hearing from you.
