Hey fellow creatives,
Whenever I open the app I get mystery boxes in place of any of the information (see image attached). I can open PDF's fine but I can't see any button information. Is there any way I can fix this? I've tried restarting my machine and unistalling and reinstalling the app but it hasn't worked.
Thanks
DB

You posted an inquiry in the Acrobat Reader mobile app support forum. What machine are you referring to? Shouldn't it be an iOS mobile device?
I don't use iOS nor macOS so I am not familiarized with how the Acrobat Reader mobile app GUI should look in an iOS 13 mobile device when you sign-in to unlock the Adobe Acrobat Pro premium editing features.
Would you mind clarifying in greater detail what were you trying to do when this happened?
Your screenshot shows a version of Adobe Acrobat Pro running on something similar to macOS. Were you testing Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on Big Sur beta version 6 (or similar)?
The only times I've seen this behavior is when someone try to emulate Acrobat or use a compatibility layer to run Adobe Acrobat Pro or Adobe Reader in a device that doesn't meet the intended system requirements.
