Hi,

My boss has a bunch of documents he's required to sign on a regular basis, and most of the time uses his phone to do so. He used to have his Full Name appear above his keyboard which he could click to autofill in one second. Recently, though, this disappeared.

I have made sure in the Safari Settings on his phone that his name is set:

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > Safari.
  2. Tap AutoFill, then do any of the following: Change contact info: Tap My Info, then choose a contact card that has the information you want to enter when you tap AutoFill on webpages in Safari.

Still though, nothing appears above the keyboard anymore. I have also attempted using the Adobe Acrobat app - to no avail.

This is a small issue, but when signing many documents whilst on the move having to type your full name is a pain.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Conner

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Is your boss using the Acrobat Mobile app to fill and sign the PDF documents? If yes, he can create his signature and initials if not already done. To do so:

1. From the bottom toolbar or from text box menu, tap form sign

2. From the options at the bottom, tap Add signature. In the dialog that appears, draw you signature and then tap Done.

3. Tap form sign > Add initials. In the dialog that appears, draw your initials and then tap Done.

Note: You may also add an image as your signature or initials. To add an existing image, tap the image icon from the top menu. To take a new picture to be added as your signature, tap the camera icon and follow through with the workflow.
