I need acrobat reader version 11.0.09 to receive and fill out immigration papers. Please help!

every time I try to download a PDF file this happens and other times it tells me that I need the version 11.0.09

You need to use a computer to complete this task.The mobile viewer you use is not able to display the form.

As Abambo mentioned, this is a known limitation with the mobile viewer due to the architecture of the creation of such files.

While we are not able to get this implemented at this moment, would you mind sharing the file with us so that our team could investigate with the file?

@Jeremiah32818193i1im If you have purchased Acrobat Premium, it can be used only on mobile devices.

Also, to view a PDF, you do not need to make any purcahses. You can install Acrobat Reader and utilize basic functionalities like filling the PDF or signing it.
