If you have purchased the service from the Adobe Store, you can refer to the steps provided in the following help document to cancel the service.
- Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services
If you cancel the service within the 14 days of the purchase, you will get the refund. Check the information on refund under the headline "What happens when I cancel?" in the help document shared above.

That was the issue. I canceled my subscriptions the same day and was
charged for 25$
