Are you referring to saving images from a PDF file to your gallery? If yes, the feature is unavailable with Acrobat (both Desktop and Mobile).

You can take a screenshot of the image to save it directly to your gallery as a workaround.

If this is not what you are looking for, please reply with a brief workflow you want to achieve for better understanding and assistance.
