We just purchased a new iPad to use when traveling in lieu of taking laptop. We have applications to send to customers that are mostly pre-filled but will need customer to fill in some fields and sign. I'm having trouble figuring out a flow with the various Adobe mobile apps and when I try to use Adobe Sign it says Unable to Send File.

Adobe Customer Service rep (Prince) says they do not support the mobile apps and directed me to the community forum so I'm hoping someone here can offer some suggestions.

I have the Adobe for Teams account with all the appls included.

Thanks!

Hello @rlbsk1

I hope you're doing great.

As per the above discussion, I think you are choosing the wrong profile while logging into your account.

Kindly follow these steps: -

1. Sign out and sign back in.

2.  After entering your credentials, it will navigate you to choose a profile.

3. Select your business profile instead of personal.

For more information, refer to this article: -

Let me know if this works.

Regards,

Krutikka

I'm sorry, I wasn't clear about the dilemma. The teams account is under my profile and my husband is a user on the team. But he is the one who needs to send the documents to be signed by the customer. So logging in with my info and selecting the business profile on his ipad will not work.
