New phone

Hi got a new phone ( lost old one) 

I downloaded my wage slips for years on pdf 

and now it's only showing me one pay slip from 2020. And I've only ever used on email please help to get them back

Not sure how this is related to Reader... Is the issue you can't find the files? If so, check your email, cloud, backup drives, etc.

If the files are missing, there's nothing we can do about it. If you have the files but they don't open that's another issue.

I don't know I was told to come on hear for help it's in adobe pdf and I've tried everything I think thanks again

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

You can try clicking the Locations Tab on the bottom toolbar-> then check the cloud locations if the files are available on any of them. 

If yes, they should appear on the list.

If not, I fear that the files are stored in the local storage of your older device, and we do not have the options to manage files stored in your device's storage.
