We were experiencing server issues at the time you posted the query.
Would you mind trying to use the AI Assistant again, and let us know if it works for you now?
If not, please share a few pieces of information for further investigation:
1. The app version number of Acrobat you use (go to Home > Profile > About Acrobat);
2. The Android version of your device;
3. If you see this issue with every file you try to use;
4. A sample file where you see this issue for us to test it in-house.

Please try to log out of the application, reboot the device, and re-login with the same Adobe ID and see if that helps. If it still doesn't work, please share the information as requested :
1. The app version number of Acrobat you use (go to Home > Profile > About Acrobat);
2. The OS version of your device;
3. If you see this issue with every file you try to use;
4. A small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs, and a sample file where you see this issue for us to test it in-house.
