I hit the Help button & nothing happens. I was told to resolve my complaint about being charged for a subscription that I don't have in the chat, but I can't get to the chat.

I don't have a record of the subscription. It isn't showing up as a subscription anywhere on my phone. It shows on my app that I'm a "free user" without a subscription.
I can't manage an account that doesn't exist. I've tried following that link & it shows that I do not have a subscription.

I am currently having this issue on my account as well but with Samsung and every time I try to get with a rep via chat it won't let me. And when I call the customer service number it just rings and rings nobody answers they took 75.76 out of my account but when I got to subscriptions it shows I have nothing.

I checked with the email address registered on your community account and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Premium on your Samsung Account.
Since this is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact Samsung support as they would be in the best position to assist you further.
