This has been horrible experience trying to get support on for the app on my iPhone. Plus was trying to get support on my laptop and wouldn't let me post correctly.... I try to restore my purchase but gives me an error which you can seen on my screenshot. There should be an email for support instead of just posting here. I can't believe how hard it is to get support for abode products.....

Please why can’t I make use of premium service that I’m already subscribed for on my iPhone? I can’t edit documents yet I’m subscribed to the premium service already, and there is no email that I can write to.
