Hi Léoc,

As you are trying to open the email attachment on the Adobe Acrobat reader, please refer to the steps mentioned here Acrobat Reader Help for iOS: Opening PDFs in Acrobat Reader.

Try once to save the document on the device and then check if you can open it in Reader application.

Make sure that the application is updated.

If the issue still persists, let us know if this issue occurs with a particular document or with all.

What happens when you try to open the file in Reader? Do you get any error message?

Are you able to open the PDFs in the application without any issue?
