I've subscribed but the app is not working and I couldn't create pdf and combine files

Do you mean Adobe Acrobat? Acrobat Reader is free and does not require a subscription.

Which operating system are you using?

What do you mean by the app is not working? Any error messages?

Directly from Adobe, or did you buy it from the Google or Apple Store?

Acrobat Reader is a PDF viewer.  And Acrobat is not a desktop publishing app.  For best results, use MS Word, Google Documents or Adobe InDesign to create your original document and then export it to PDF for print and distribution on other platforms.
