You can't fill the form with Acrobat Reader on iOS or Android.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with opening files on Acrobat Reader Mobile.
As Bernd mentioned, these files require the desktop version of the application to open due to the architecture (the structure in which the files are created), and the mobile UI (be it Android or iOS) does not support opening such files.
While I understand how frustrating this might be, this is something in the pipeline to be released soon.
Hope I was able to clarify your question.

Thank you for your quick reply.
I got what I needed done but the old fashioned way by mail. I know it takes time to get all versions done. I currently don't have a pic and I use my iPad with a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse hooked to my two hard drives with an adapter and it works pretty good
