Opening a PDF with Microsoft Mobile Outlook in IPhone 7

New Here ,
May 24, 2017 May 24, 2017

I recently changed over to Microsoft Outlook on my iPhone for business purposes.  When i get a PDF attached in an email - it indicates it is not a supported file -

I have searched on the phone under settings, added Adobe reader app to my phone, but still no luck -

any idea how to have outlook open PDF's on my iPhone?

Thank you

Hi jeffs85116637,

Did you try the option provided at the top right of the screen?

Please try to click on that and check if you get the option to open the file in Adobe Reader.

Let us know if it works,

Hi jeffs85116637,

Please let us know what exactly happens when you click on the PDF attachment.

Did you get any option to copy to Adobe Reader or to download the file?

Is it an issue with a particular file or it happens with all the PDF attachments?

If possible please share the screenshot of the message you get when you try to open the file.

Regards,

Meenakshi
