When I open a PDF and select a specific text, a pop-up menu appears with a series of options. I miss an option that is translation

Would you mind letting us know the menu you are referring to? A screenshot or a screen recording of the scenario would help a lot.

Dear Souvik,

I always read books using E-readers because they always have the option to
translate a selected text.

If I had an option in the pop-up menu to translate I would always use your
acrobat reader app.
