How can I check if an original leter has been changed from Acrobate Reader?

When you share the file with a user, you should have a reference copy to compare if changes are made. These changes can be checked for using the compare feature of Acrobat Desktop Application.

Thanks for the response. If the file is signed, it should change to read-only.
If there are any changes made to the file, it needs to be flattened first. You can use the desktop version of the application to validate the signature to check if there are any changes made.
Other than that, there is very little you can do to check for changes if you do not have the origianl copy of the file to compare.
