Bonjour,
Merci.

Hi @Naile5CD3,
Hope you are doing well.
As you have mentioned that you are unable to open some files. Would you mind sharing some details to understand the issue better:
Also, check if your Android version is upgraded to version 6 or later. Here is a help document on system requirements for Acrobat Reader mobile:https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/android/en/releasenotes.html?highlight=android%20version#i...
If the Android version is version 6 or later then update the Acrobat Reader mobile application and check if it works.
Here is a help document to check the application version:

Let us know if you are still experiencing the issue.
Thanks,
Harsh

Bonjour.
Merci pour votre réponse.
Version Android : 11,
Version Adobe : 21.70.18750.
Merci.

Hi @Naile5CD3
As you have mentioned that Google Chrome is giving an error "error when downloading". This means file is not there for Reader Mobile to open.
For that kindly try to use different browser on mobile, and check if that works. If possible, try to download the file on desktop (Windows/Mac) and try to open in Acrobat Reader DC which is a desktop application. Here is a link to download the application:
Let us know if that helps.
Thanks,
Harsh
