If you're using your Wi-Fi, please switch to cellular data and check if it works.
Are you logging in with your Apple ID or Adobe ID? Kindly try to log in with your Apple ID once.

I' m facing the same issue. I paid for yearly subscription through Google play store. But my android Adobe app shows that i'm still a free user. I have tried everything as suggested but nothing seems to be working. Money is already deducted. Google play shows my subscription is active. Please help.
