Since I could not look for any active subscription with the email address registered on the community, I would need more details other than the screenshot you have shared:
1. The email address that you used to purchase the subscription;
2. A receipt or the Welcome email from Apple with the order number.

Transaction id 397155549711. Please watch this screen recording video I just attached and make sure I paid for it. And it still asking me to pay. Just please activate subscription asap, otherwise I will leave reviews at every review web site. I provided you email Adress before and you're asking me again for it. Please I have no time for this.
