Paid User Status has been converted to Free User when I rebooted the tab

My one year subscription is still continuing but my User Id which is my mail ID also is showing my status as free user. What to do

Sorry for the trouble. It could happen because of signing in with the wrong email when you purchased the Premium iOS subscription with a different ID and signed in into Reader mobile with a different one.
