Hello Cees,

I hope you are doing well. Per the description, I understand that you cannot access the account with your phone number.

If you have access to your email address using which you created the account, you can use it to change the password and then change the phone number from your profile.

You can follow the below steps for reference:

1. On the forgot password page, choose the option "Get your code another way." You may refer to the below image.

2. Once there, you can choose the option to get the code over your email address, and then you will be able to log in.

3. Once this is done, go to https://accounts.adobe.com/profile. You'll get the option to change or add your phone number.

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks,

Souvik.

Hi @Cees25264871dxwq,

Thank you for letting me know that it helped.

You are being shown a free user, as the subscriptions I saw on the email address provided are all cancelled.

To create your details (or Profile) within Acrobat Reader Mobile, you need an active subscription for either Premium or the desktop version.

You may refer to general FAQs for the application from here: FAQ | Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app

Hope this answers your question.
