Could someone tell me where to report, i'vr succesfully pay for premium one, but could not get the benefit. My profile still regards me as FREE USER. What should i do?
It could happen because of signing in with the wrong email when you purchased the Premium iOS subscription with a different ID and signed in into Reader mobile with a different one.
