Hi there
Thanks for sharing the video of the steps you are taking. However, the issue is not very clear from the video.
As seen in the video, you are opening PDFs directly from WhatsApp. Please try downloading and saving the PDF files to your device locally first, then try opening them using the Acrobat Reader mobile app and see if that helps.
Also, please check the self-help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile-app-faq.html for future reference.
Let us know how it goes.

Hi there
Hope you are doing well, and I am sorry for the trouble.
As described, when you tend to open a new PDF file, it always opens an old file.
Are you opening the PDF on the web or using the Acrobat Reader mobile app? Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing? A small video recording of the steps and the issue occurring would be very helpful for a better understanding.
What is the version of the Acrobat Reader mobile app and the OS you are using? To check the version of the app, tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat and try updating the app from the App/Play Store, and reboot the device once, and check if that works.
Let us know how it goes.
