PDF Display issue

I have a PDF file that displays differently than Acrobat on iOS and macOS systems, with significant differences in transparency on certain images. Can anyone tell me what caused this difference and how I can solve or avoid it? Thank you.

I am curious to know how the file was created. From the screenshots, multiple layers and the transparency theme were used.

The mobile version of the application does not support layers, so a desktop is recommended for a better experience.
