Pdf doesn’t open

Hi.

I had an iPhone 11 that suddenly stopped opening PDF. I now have an iPhone 12 mini and I still can't open pdf.

is there anyway that I can fix it?

Sorry for the delayed response. As per the issue description that you can't open PDF files. Would you mind sharing few more details to understand the issue better?

1. Is there some error while opening files?

2. Is it with a specific PDF or with all PDFs?

3. Version of iOS?

Kindly check if the Reader mobile application is updated to the latest version. If not, kindly update the application.
