PDF not opening

I need help trying to open a pdf in my mail account. It keeps saying I need Acrobat Reader 8, which I have but still doesn't allow me. See

Hope you are doing well.

It looks like you are trying to open a file that is supported only on the desktop Reader DC application. Try to open it in the desktop app and let us know if that helps.
