When I send a pdf to my client they are able to view pictures.  The PDF originated from appraisal software however when my client sends the pdf to the mortgage company the photos in the pdf are no longer viewable and are shrunken to thumbnail size. Can this be caused by an older version of software at the receiving mortgage company?  Do you know what causes this and how I can get it fixed?

Hi @Carmella23266435hnr5,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

This shouldn't happen solely through Acrobat, as Reader Mobile does not alter the data stored in the PDF files. Were the files viewed or edited using a different application in the middle?

If not, please share a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat on the different devices (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The OS of the devices and their versions;

3. A sample file where you experience the issues;

4. Screen recording video of the events on the different devices.

Look forward to hearing from you.
