PDF on IPAD

When I try to open a pdf document on my IPad, it goes to the printer, I can't see it or read it. Any ideas as to how to resolve this problem

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you are unable to open PDFs using Reader Mobile.

Would you mind letting us know on how you are opening the PDF document? Is it directly from the files app or from any website?

Also, would you mind checking the share icon-> Open in Acrobat-> Import to Acrobat and letting me know if this helps?

If it doesn't, please try recording your screen for the entire situatin and share it with me to investigate further.
