PDF PIN

HALLO liebe Team,

Ich kann meine pdf Dateien nicht öffnen da die mit einem pin oder passwort geschützt sind, ich weiss bloß nicht wie der pin ist wie oder wo kann ich das pin rauschenden oder ändern? Anderseits habe ich alles versucht mit Sicherheits 3instellung3n pin aufheben nichts hat geholfen ich habe keine PC Laptop nur mobile handy ich bitte Sie um hilfe oder wo ich mich melden kann.

Hope you are doing well!

In case of password protected document there is not much we can help you with. You need to get the password of document from the creater. You can check the security settings from Acrobat on PC, which you said you don't have.

I wish we could help you more but due to document security constraints we cannot.
