I can't seem to edit my PDFs, it's telling me I need a subscription, which I have and it end April 2023. When I click the subscribe button it even tells me I have a subscription and then goes to an error message. When I look in the App Store it says I have a subscription and I can access all my PDFs still just not edit them. I really need this for work so any help would be appreciated. For IPad Pro.

Hello Holly,
I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with the Acrobat Reader Mobile subscription.
I checked your account details with the community's registered email address and could not find any active subscription for Acrobat Reader Mobile.
Could you share the details of your purchased subscription with me so that I can investigate further?
Thanks,
Souvik.

Having the exact same problem, can't even buy a new subscription because it times out but I have been paying for it so I should be able to edit.

I am having that exact problem too and we are into June 2023. Has adobe acrobat fix this problem yet? I don't see any answers below your question. I paid $69 and some odd cents for an app that I can only read on, and that's not right. I think there should be an answer!

@Boskhy285856544lue @Mae30420161gnf0 Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
The situation you mentioned could be due to cached files not recognizing your subscription, and thus, you could not edit the files.
As mentioned above, re-installing the application could solve the issue, but when coming to loss of data, it should not be the case if you had the same account logged in previously.
If you can edit the files now and the data is gone from the account, you were signed in to a different email address than the one you have a subscription with.
Hope this clarifies your point.
