If you have a paid subscription of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC you can do so in the Document Cloud online by using Acrobat's Web apps.

The Acrobat Reader mobile app unlocks some of Adobe Acrobat's premium editing features when you sign in with the app with your Adobe ID. You'll have an option to export a PDF to other file formats but  limited to  Micrososft Office documents such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, for example. If you have a paid subscription to Adobe PDF Pack you'll also be limited to the same. See here: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/using-exportpdf.html

So your best bet is to be subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC,  sign in to the Document Cloud https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ and take advantage of the Acrobat's Web apps  that integrate very conveniently via web browser and the Acrobat Reader mobile app.

See here: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/using-exportpdf.html

All you have to do is upload the  desired PDFs from your mobile device to the Export web app and convert to the desired file format.
