PDFs not opening on iPad but will on PC

I can't open PDFs on my iPad. I keep getting this messege. I am able to open them on my PC though. Please help.

Yes. Even in adobe reader app it says the same thing

Open the XFA form in Acrobat Reader on Windows or Mac.

I did that and it works but I'm trying to open it on my iPad. And it pops up with that image i posted

Can you share this form?

I guess it's a XFA-PDF form, only supported by Acrobat desktop.
