En me connectant au cloud aujourd'hui je m'aperçois que mes fichiers existe mais il n'y a aucun documents à l'intérieur, ils sont tous vide

Hope you are doing well. As per the issue description, you can't view PDFs on the document cloud.
Kindly make sure that you are using the same email which you have used to save PDFs.
