Please help- Changes not saved in Acrobat reader

Hi, I am not able to save changes(like entered text, underlines etc.) in my acrobat reader on android.

There is no separate option to save changes when opened through document cloud.

Sometimes progress is saved, other times it's not. It's causing loss of many hours of progress.

Please help.
