I bought the subscription for Adobe Premium from my iPad, initially. That is when I posted the question. Any time I tried to access the premium features, it would show that loading screen.
It never worked, so I canceled the subscription from Apple then purchased it from my samsung phone and I was able to access all the premium features on my phone.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

Did you buy an Acrobat subscription from Adobe, or from Apple or from Google for an Android?

I've moved your post from Creative Cloud Services to Acrobat Reader Mobile for you because you purchased Premium to edit PDFs, which is only available for mobile.
Also, your screenshot is in the shape of an iPad, not a phone.
Has it been resolved yet? If not, try turning off your device and rebooting to see if that helps. Someone on the Acrobat Reader forums may have other ideas and will pop into the thread.
Adobe is a company. Acrobat Reader for Mobile is the application.

I'm glad Acrobat Reader Premium is working for you now, and thank you for reporting back. I've marked your answer "correct".
