I had a previous account that I can't get into for some reason which I also had a monthly subscription to. I keep getting this notification even when I tried to apply again. I had to get a new phone and since I've downloaded the app again I was only able to temporarily use its features

Sorry for the delayed response.
I looked at the details you sent on the screenshot and found an active subscription. The subscription is linked to your apple ID.
You can log in using Apple and check if it works for you.
