Has anyone downloaded extremely private documents and had somebody post a comment on them because the acrobat cloud was not secure????

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

 

Files saved on your Acrobat Cloud cannot be accessed by anyone other than you unless you share them manually.

 

If there are comments on your file, you can check the user who has done so, and if you do not recognize the user, you can unshare the files and change your account password.

There was no sharing with anyone, and someone commented on my document.
Adobe customer service acknowledged a glitch allowing unknown person(s)
access . No one uses my email, no one was shared the document, no one ever
has used my email address in any past incident.

The statement mentions that you have shared the file manually, which is why the other user accessed the file.

 

Also, there was a mention of activating 2-factor Authentication.

No other user had permission, and no access was given to anyone. No person other than a criminal would 'access' it.
