J'ai voulu souscrire un abonnement sur Adobe acrobate sur mon smartphone j'ai validé l'achat à hauteur de 59,49 € sauf que mon abonnement ne s'est pas activé et que sur mon relevé bancaire par deux fois le prélèvement est parti pouvez-vous m'aider.

Could you please let me know if you might have used a different email ID for the purchase? If so, sharing that email could help us track it down.
Additionally, could you let us know where you made the purchase? Was it through the App Store, Play Store, or Samsung Store? If you have the receipt or any confirmation details, that would be really helpful for us to investigate further.
